Payments

What is the cancellation / refund policy?

Management reserves the right to cancel, please call us on +91 93241 52257​ to check on this.

Should I print the payment receipt for check-in at Villa?

No, you do not need to print the receipt, your arrival will be pre-informed to the caretaker.

CAN I BOOK BLOOMING DELL FOR EVENTS, PHOTOSHOOTS, ETC.? ​

Yes, we do provide our property for engagement ceremony, fashion shoot, filming, etc. Rates for the same are available on request. Please call us on +91 93241 52257 to know more. 

Can we bring extra guests?

Our property can accommodate up to 40 guests for stay and upto 200 for day event. Pre inform about no. of guests in advance to the management, charges apply for extra visitors.

Do you take additional deposit for security?

Yes, we take security deposit to safeguard the interest of the property in case of any damage is done to the property by guests during their stay. So, it will be the sole accountability of the guests that made the booking and Blooming Dell will levy damage charges as deemed fit.

How many people can the Villa accommodate?

The Villa has 4 bedrooms, 1 play room, 1 prayer room, 1  storage room, 1 large hall, and 1 mini hall. It can comfortably accommodate 40 people.

What are the facilities in Blooming Dell Villa?

Meal plans (Veg, Non-Veg), CCTV secured perimeter, Microwave Oven, Fridge, Functional Kitchen, Water heater, AC, Karaoke, BBQ, Pool, Bonfire, Parking, Unlimited Wifi, First Aid kit, Games (Indoor and Outdoor)

Do we need ID at the time of check-in?

As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show ID proof at the time of check-in. Please ensure you carry this with you.

What is the check-in time?

Check-in time 12 noon, Check-out time is 11 am.

Is parking available at the Villa?

We have ample parking space available, so you need not worry about it.

Are pets allowed?

We heart our furry friends. But you need to keep them at home. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Food

What about meal?

We serve veg and non-meals. More information on meal plans is available here https://www.bloomingdell.com/rates/

What are meal timings?

Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 am, lunch from 12.30 to 2 pm, and dinner from 8 to 10 pm.

Do you serve Jain food?

Yes, we care for all our customers, so we do offer Jain food on request.

Villa

Can I smoke in the property?

Yes, you can but do not smoke indoors please, we have balcony, outdoor, terrace and the whole of outside for it.

What do I need to bring along?

Bring your swim wear for pool, cap if you like to play outdoor games, towels. We do not provide towels for hygiene reasons

First Aid?

We have first aid medical box available in villa.

No drugs?

No smoking of weed or doing any such drugs in our premises.

Daily Housekeeping?

We do not provide daily housekeeping service here, but we do supply all the necessities you need during your stay like soaps, toothpaste, hand soap, tissues, etc.

Bloomingdell Villa can accommodate up to 50 guests for stay and can host up to 200 individuals for day event.
